- Client's existing IP remains their property
- Deliverables' IP rights transfer upon full payment

Confidentiality
- Protection of proprietary information
- Non-disclosure of client data

Prohibited Activities
Activities that are strictly prohibited when using our services

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
